Fix the dam game

You guys have time to recap the vet 8 server, but refuse to address ANY of the issues that happened during vet 8. like post combat lock of 30 seconds ontop of the original combat lock , where in a PvP based server, can cause a huge problem.

Either yall don't care, or you want to kill the player base for this game. what gives.
