Forgotten Base layout
Haven't played in a while, I'm told that since a patch a few worlds back when a forgotten base is killed the layout changes after the ruin expires. Is this correct?

They layout stays the same until a new player base is found on it. If you get a different layout when you find your new base on a reserved spot it means another player has found his own base there without telling you and moved away already.
Because of that you should always double check or block your layout good as possible.
