I can't log into my account

I've been talking constantly with EA help via chat for 1 week, and no one can help me recover my account that is already 10 years old

Access to the old email is an essential requirement to recover an account without Two Factor Authentication. If EA help have not been able to solve the issue then no-one here will be able to help either.

I'm assuming you've tried Origin.com and the recovery system they have.

These no malus no FA worlds are great but I noticed less experienced players are finding lower level targets (16-20) just as difficult as more experienced players are having with these higher level...
