i cant relocate my base

Hi i cant relocate my base. I open the menu but i cant see the bottom buttons for agree and accept any sugestions???

Try altering your zoom level to 80% (it works for me at that level).

I never understand why this happens, on some worlds/accounts it does and on others it doesn't using the same browsers and default settings.
