Infected appear in Tib41
Hi, there's some infected camps poping into tib41 but no info about challenge and worse not appearing in all part on the world

- i should had that the rule of infected pop is absolutely stupid: it depends on off/def near poi
if we are in 43 poi zone we should have 36-37 off-def but all know its impossible so the challenge only help those in the back, never those in front and deeper in the world
http://prntscr.com/pxcxc5 - maybe its a bug again.
That very last challenge was also a fail.
