Well I can certainly say that this is plain wrong. Developers have no advantage over normal players. We have only regular player accounts on production worlds, so no added bonuses of any kind.
I assume you are referring to the Public Test Environment world here. However everyone can acquire unlimited CP there, this was made to accelerate testing. In the past also Repair Time.
I wouldn't go as far as calling you a liar, tho.
I am not going to discuss any exploits here, there is no need to incentivize players needlessly to violate the rules and fair play. We are currently seeing players gaining an unfair advantage by using multiple accounts however and we intend to act on that.
