I have no idea what you're talking about and I doubt anyone else here will.
In-game messages about abuse are handled by EA not the game developers. Replies are never made although action is taken. The action taken is never relayed to the complaining person. I don't like that system, but it is the system they use citing Data Protection.
How you messaged the 'adminstrator' of this game I don't know. As I have stated in many threads now, it is the Christmas and New Year Vacation time so messages sent through this forum won't be seen until the New Year.
Can you clarify the issue privately via direct message to me? Explain to me the problem and who and how you messaged about it.
