Thank you for the response. I also read a very interesting post on multiple accounts. Very valid point made by the development team on not using the IP address to stop them.

I'm looking for a friendly and cooperative alliance who plans to enter Tiberian 53... I want to converse with someone who's part of that alliance, so can someone DM me? I haven't played in over a year and the last alliance I was in I accidentally lost contact with.

Can't say if it will unless the announcement comes back... it might come back with an edit to its date. We may as well have to wait...

Just what I was going to say! I couldn't find out why the announcement was pulled. Either we are getting a new world at the end of October or we're not, it may or may not be Tib53 but may be a WCS or Firestorm, your guess is as bad as mine!

The announcement is back on these forums too, without the German spelling of October. The frontpage announcement of the world is a copy of an earlier version before the spelling was corrected. EA slipped up again!

Any word on the WCS. Are plans still that it starts this year? Would be good to know planning wise.
