Dear EA and En whatever, before you roll out yet another "patch" almost guaranteed to BOMB, fix the broken stuff. The "add Funds" button for example. If you can't fix it, explain why you can't fix it...

If your next post isn't appropriate it won't see the light of day so not much will be accomplished there. Funds purchases, outside of a few "no available offers" which I've never understood but come up occasionally.
