NO ACCESS to New World Tiberium 37 that started Nov 8th

When I click on "Change Server", the new world Tiberium 37 is not in the list. This new world was suppose to be available Nov 8th at 10:00 am UTC. I also play on Wrath 17 and I am not able to change servers here either. Please help!
