Maybe during that time that his script crashes, he takes it down and repairs it and enhances it. This might not be a time to celebrate yet unless he himself was somehow delivered to justice. Rather the Moderators should increase the anti-spam system's productivity so that he doesn't easily overwhelm the spamming.
Is it easy to disable images in threads, either client or server side of the forums? It will make him less annoying as there would be no offensive language. He'll just output a bunch of incomprehensible words.
