Outpost Re Spawn Not Working
The Fix is not working on Wrath21, When outpost is destroyed, no new one re-spawns anywhere.

- As I have posted before, Outpost re-spawn is still not working as on other worlds. Forget any 25% increase, they simply are not spawning. Please look into and fix as stated.
