Please punish players whose bases are destroyed 1000s of times

May I suggest penalizing players who allow their bases to be destroyed over and over again, who do not fight back and just do so to take POIs and be a nuisance? That is not how the game should be play...

I challenge you to try attacking my bases. *Pick on*? More like players who violate treaties and terms of peace. They declared war on us in the first place.

Again, EA, stop allowing players who die over and over again from exploiting the system.
