Please punish players whose bases are destroyed 1000s of times

May I suggest penalizing players who allow their bases to be destroyed over and over again, who do not fight back and just do so to take POIs and be a nuisance? That is not how the game should be play...

maybe adding further penalty to death as they do sector relocate ?oh wait they have that lol hmmm add a death counter similar to the pvp and pve kills shame them out of it
