Relocation problem

I had a problem with a relocation without my authorization, I was choosing the sector when I relocated to a sector on my own without even having selected that I was aware of and it will hurt me with the change of alliance, I would like to know if there is any way to help me fix it this flaw, I am in world 50 Europe please I really need this error to be corrected
