RT TIME

Hi EA,

Regarding RT Time, why can RT change? For example: Today I saw that the RT would be full on August 22 at 16.00, then the next day I saw again, the RT would be full on August 22 at 23.00. Why did this happen? is it the setting of the EA system?

And I did not upgrade those 3 bases, such as : Command Center, airport, barracks, factory.

When the world is taken down for maintenance the clock is stopped - this can result in real-time delay to the collection of resources, RT & CP as well as extend bubbles or move & battle lockdowns.
