I can assure you I am reading the threads and discussions about the WCS.
Regarding meeting with players to discuss details about WCS, I think after the last WCS we won't do that anymore. At least not without the general public present - and thats what discussions in the forum like this here is there for.
We decided to announce the world with the same config as the previous WCS worlds as we know these worlds usually see more activity and the player base seemed generally supportive in WCS 2019.
