Separate Base command points per additional bases
Just don't know if it's already been discussed, but, i just noticed, bases of the same commander has one command points only. Can each bases have their own command point of their own?

- It's certainly not something I've seen suggested or discussed in the past. Suffice it to say, I can see lot's of problems and no advantages unless they all generated CP's at the same rate as now, which is unlikely.
