these official forums... there is no communication between the one that 'do it'/'implement the mastah plan' and the "main bosses" (the ones that gets them $ monthly no matter what and have their way...

bottom line:
if one is mostly useless (often has "we must/should..." ) and with a function, "the one" shouldn't be able to fly... give "that one" a coloring book and give IT a worthy vote!
