Support required - CnC Tiberium Alliance In-Game Purchase Not Applied

Goood afternoon, 

yesterday I purchased some addtional Command Points (CP) (200) and this was not applied to my account, althought the funds were removed from my total, 

Would you kindly, apply the command points or refund me the TA funds

    Unfortunately this isn't something that these forums can help with - all funding issues, including in-game purchases, need to go through the official EA Support system.

    However. please note the date of the original post - this was back in August 2023 so isn't a 'live' issue now.

    @buxshots Has this been solved since then? If not, contacting EA Support should help as they are the only ones being able to look at this and provide you with a possible refund.
