One of the most annoying aspects of these problems is that the developers or EA dragged us through the outage ridden days of changing servers with promises of how the new servers would offer increased speed and efficiency while having fewer problems. Instead, we find ourselves with the opposite. I have seen better server performance from godaddy.com free servers.

I have to agree with my fellow CNCers. Server crashes were annoying while migrated to the new servers. But still these crashes keep happening at best intermittently. We persevered with promises of how the new servers would offer increased speed and efficiency while having fewer problems. Instead, we find ourselves with the opposite. Whats going on?

This is absolutely horrible. We're all wasting so much time and money on this game, it's not funny anymore. I'm even losing EA funds with the server switching on/off. How can EA with all their resources, and our money, not get this right within a reasonable time frame? A few hiccups I can understand, but this is beyond all comprehension. It's affecting game play dramatically with an EA induced outcome as players give up and drop out.

after 7 years and loads of tears im SERIOUSLY contemplating watching the wife back catalogues of reality and soap shows. If they transferred whats going on here to the small screen EA would have a guaranteed TRAGIC comedy bound to win a BAFTA and a continuous source of well earned funds which would of course be shown worlds wide in reruns

It is ongoing -- I'm struggling to play too. I just happen to be away from home on vacation in Spain so my input will be less until January!!!

So 36 now been offline for over 4 hours.... this has gone well beyond a joke ...
