TIBERIUM ALLIANCES - EA blocking purchase of TA funds on my account
Tiberium Alliances game - EA blocked me from buying TA funds.
At first i thought it may be a glitch or something that would be solved automatic.
But finally I just opened a new EA account and found all my payment options were working on that account.
So i contacted EA Help multiple times. And all said my account was not blocked at first. But that was because they could not see the block. After multiple attempts to get an answer and explaining again and again it was a block on my account by EA and I had the proof of it, I got this reply from EA:

Hello again! I'm writing to you about the payment issues you've experienced last week. These issues can be very frustrating! After reviewing your account we did notice a small block on purchases, however everything looks to have been cleared up from our side and you should now be able to make purchases on the account. Thank you again for letting us help clear up this purchasing issue for you. If you continue to have issues then we ask that you use a different payment method, such as Credit Card, Paypal, an Origin Card / Ea wallet, or an alternative that exists in your country that will allow the funds to be added to the account. We also recommend that, if possible, you leave the payment method on the account until the transaction has successfully completed. So they admit they blocked my account (for no reasons i can think of) and that this has now been solved.
The problem is... MY ACCOUNT IS STILL BLOCKED from buying funds!!!
The "small block" is still there...
This has been ongoing since januari 5th..
And EA chat help refuse to help me check it again to solve it for real. They say I should post the problem here. So I do.
Anyone out there who can help to get that block really take off? Im starting to lose hope tbh..

Hi @NIMSWRATH We are unable to look into payment issues here on the forums.
Generally, you could try waiting for 24 hrs and checking with your bank that nothing is being denied/blocked for any reason. After if everything should check out try to make a purchase.
