No one on any server is even close to that to my knowledge. On the new servers it takes forever to get to 31 bases. I've been playing in the Forgotten Attacks Beta for almost 5 years I've got 19 bases. In the old servers you can get to 31 (I have 31 in 3 different servers) but power comes so slowly you can't spend the resources.
I'm not saying flu is the highest score player in any server that is why I'm asking.......but in all the servers I've played in over the years no one tops him. But I'm going to (if they don't turn the dang server off first :p )
