You can use your hotmail username and pw to access your hotmail account from outlook.
I would advise you to spend time now creating alternative e-mail accounts and linking them to your current EA accounts. Be aware also that EA/Envision are now suspending some players with multiple accounts.

First step would be to sign up to a free account for each EA account. There are many free account providers and examples include gmail and yahoo that are popular.
Then logging into your EA account you can set up both 2 factor authenitication and alternative e-mail addresses to be contacted on. They no longer allow you to use the same 'alternative' email address for multiple EA accounts.
I've not changed my email addresses on an account but in the EA app (or Origin app on a Mac) it has an option to do that.
Most free email providers require you to log in regularly.
