I purchased a medium supply pack on the 29th Mar, after the normal start time. The 6 hour RT voucher is in my inventory but I can't use it, it comes up with an error with no means to clear the error other than restart the game. Same happens if I try again. I can send screenshots if you let me know how, but I don't see a method to DM you.

Yes, Those packages have been deactivated on the WCS. We have refunded the entire Supply Package with Funds to your Wallet so you can purchase different Items.

Just came of the WCS unable to attack Camps and Outposts attack screen is black with the GDI badge on it
just finished playing another world no problems i am now playing this game funded again which means i will be complaining if i dont get my moneys worth which right now i am not
so give me a package ie some Tiberium etc etc as compensation please
