When is new server?
people are getting restless and want to start fresh.. when is it likely to start?

New servers are typically launched 1-2 weeks after an announcement. The official timing schedule for new servers is known to the developers and EA and no-one else. Any statement here by anyone else is just a guess.
Be patient, you will be told when one is on it's way.
