Connection failed

Same here can only use this account, not possible to log into my other account as i simply do not get the option to log into any account. I can change servers with this account but will be unable to start a new server as that option is also not available. Can only play this account through the "Play Now" menu and hitting the "Launch Game" button. The rest of it is dead. I can't even log into EA.........
