Currently, if a player performs a sector jump early in the game (let's say while they are still in the spawn area) it is possible that they end up in a small area even further to the outside of the world. And in some cases this area is so far out that the player cannot cross the spawn area and move into the "normal" play area again (at least not without help from fellow players).
With this fix the game will not recognize the outer area as a valid target for a sector jump anymore.
