Views on new morale feature

Initial views I've received after a short time on the new PTE is that the new setting makes very little or no difference as the bases attacked by players are typically outside the range where the downing of morale of the forgotten bases is effective.  At the start of this PTE the players I've discussed this with have been attacking bases 6-7 levels above their offense level.

This setting maybe useful where there are no POI's on the world as it provides a boost that POI's typically would provide.

    I´m no active PTE player but i read some here about the Idea of that new "morale" system and i think thats a very good idea :)

    Tho i think it´s right that the No FA No Moral setting is not the suitable Setup for that kind of influence , as like it´s already mentioned here , the difference between Off and Bases the best guys kill is so high that it aint make a difference.

    But how about to imply that on other setups like farmworlds that have Morale already?
    With farming going easier by the time as longer the exit is played due to leveling off aswell , that could make farming a bit more interesting for those that avoid farm wolrds cause of the farming aspect.
    Could bring more life to these kind of setups.

    Aswell as normal Forgotten Attack worlds without Moral , that kind of morale (prolly needs to be raised a bit cause 6-7 level is to low here aswell) could be an interesting counter to alt accounts if the main accounts have it easier to shoot.

    Overall i think thats a good thing and can bring fresh wind to the game , i hope the idea will be continued to test it out and maybe we see it on a real server some day ;)

    sinceramente come e impostato il pte all inizio con inizio risorse e attacco piu o meno al 24 la nuova morale e alquanto inutile e come se fosse un mondo senza questo nuovo innesto... perche per andare piu veloci al centro si spara anche a 10/12 lv di differenza dunque la nuova morale e inesistente e uguale ad un mondo normale.. questo nuovo sistema lo si potra solo usare quando si e assicurato il centro per farmare per abbattere la fortezza con le aperture delle uscite tunnell allora si si vedra questa nuova meccanica ,ma finche nn arrivi al centro e totalmente inutile.. 

    Honestly, how the PTE is set up at the beginning with the beginning of resources and attack more or less on the 24th, the new morality is quite useless and as if it were a world without this new graft... because to go faster in the center you shoot even at 10/12 lv difference so the new moral is non-existent and the same as in a normal world. This new system can only be used when you have secured the center to farm to knock down the fortress with the openings of the tunnell exits then you will see this new mechanic, but as long as you don't get to the center it is totally useless.

    Although the concept was really good . No real difference is seen in the game play . We started out attacking bases 7-12 levels above our Offense levels . I am not sure this setting would be useful in any server to be honest .

    Based on the excess starting loot, it kind of feels moot to try and check for morale boost when it's so easy to build an army past level 12... one has to dig really far to see if your level 15 army is affected by morale boost. Camps and Outposts normally don't spawn higher than your own levels.

    Perhaps a new reset is required, where everyone is given standard base loot or slightly more. The units that we can research also affect the outcome of forgotten base raids, where said issues moral boost solves begin with something like a level 19 base being attacked with level 12 army with level 11 units.

    To see how moral boost would affect players digging when they have a limited army diversity, we should probably lower the Tiberium, Crystal, Credits, Research Points and perhaps power to a standard vanilla world. Maybe applying a repair time discount in sync with the moral boost would allow players outside the PTE to attack high level targets.
