19.4 issue (not with scripts)

for some reason for a day the option to take away the side bar notifications from forgotten attacks was fine then i did a random reload and all side bar notifications were gone tried turning allthe options off on and back off again. like pvp diplomacy and poi notifictions now will not come back at all tried with a sub just to see if it be the same and strangely the sub still had the dilpo and poi put none of the pvp this all with no scripts at all. have tried a bunch of combos of the last three options in the game play menu along with clearing browser and sign back in, just cant seem to get it back normal http://prntscr.com/pula7h http://prntscr.com/pulakz
