19.5 new attack buttons

Yes, new line with movement arrows (and the other buttons) block the first line of defense.

Ok i didn't touch the code of this toolbar. Did it retain position before?
I will loog into that not sure if i will be able to change the behaviour.. should add position saving in locastorage (and will anyway be lost clearing cache etc).
