getting 500 error message on both MS Edge and Chrome browsers when trying to login to tiberium alliances online game. This has been happening for 2 days now. Platform - Windows 10. All help greatly appreciated ! ! !

I tried everything you said and I am still getting the 500 error

Tried that already and did not work. For some unknown reason it’s back working again. Still getting kicked off after 30 minutes or so, but at least I’m back in the game.

Currently playing on a net work, however, plugged into ethernet cable instead of wirelessly. Will try a data connection using my phone as a hotspot to see if I still have the same issue. Thanks!

Several of us on different worlds had the same connection issue, so it's not a problem on the users end. And now the I can connect again, the "add funds" button in the game doesn't work for several of us. It goes to the wrong screen repeatedly.
If it's more than one person on more than 1 world, it's sounds like an EA issue.
