attack icon not working
since server update, tiberium 34, I have NOT been able to do ANY BATTLE! obviously a bug ! why isn't there a place to report to admin ?

you reported this already in the right place. So Is there any error message? Can you describe the problem in more detail? What exactly is happening for you?
If your attack button is grayed out, there should be an error tooltip if you keep your mouse still over the button. Either you are out of Command Points or your Command Center is not at 100%. Those are the usual reasons. - This is probably a very old issue, you should move all infantery out of vehicles/aircraft then it will work again
