Broken game GUI since patch has rendered game unplayable

The game is now unplayable. Various tabs/buttons no longer work. One example, brought up base info screen - Can't go to Incoming or Outcoming tabs - X to exit popup doesn't work - "eye" button to...

I still have the same problem. It's on world 11 (Europe). At least the 4 accounts I know do all have this problem. So I think everyone has this problem. Hundreds off my resources are not shown, new resources are not shown neither. And I can't buy any resources with my funds. Then it says: Transaction failed: Account error. Note: No funds removed. Please solve A.S.A.P. for everyone.
