C & C Red Alert 3

I have C & C Red Alert 3 for Mac. I have played it for years and just recently when running the game the mouse is not synced correctly. For example to click on something I have to have the mouse arrow about 3 inches below what I want to click on for it to do so. So basically the mouse is off about 3 inches from what the computer is logging it as. Any suggestions to fix this issue?
