Can NOT add 90.000 (63% Bonus) TA funds

As title says, can not buy 90.000 (63% Bonus) TA funds but only 32.500 (53% Bonus) TA funds. Have no problem with either payment method or payment provider. What is this???? and What to do??

Have managed to buy the desired package, but with another payment method.
