Not sure in how far Envision staff can help you here, as accounts and billing is handled by EA alone. If you get in contact with the EA customer support, try asking for them to investigate the different Personas of your account if you got other games in the library of that account.
Also if you use different accounts, do you use the same payment method, eg. same Credit Card or PayPal account on all of those?
