Change region in account correctly

I have an EA-account that originally started in The Netherlands. Later I moved to New Zealand for a few years and I adjusted my account to that country/region. Now I am back in The Netherlands and I changed the country back to The Netherlands. In my EA-account the country that is displayed is The Netherlands. The problem is that the prices that I am offered are not the same as my friend's account that has always been in The Netherlands. I tried to make a new account and then I get the correct Dutch prices offered. For the game I want to play, command and conquer Tiberium Alliances the discounts are much better at higher price tiers so I want to have this fixed.

I contacted EA support but they it is not something they can fix. What do I do now? I do not want to change accounts because of the progress I made so I would like a fix for this problem.
