You should contact a Game Advisor on this page, log in with your EA/Origin account(s), and make a support ticket. Select "Account/Registration" category, and ask them to do it. This is the only way to make changes to your account.
This is done to protect your account (you will need access to the e-mail box attached to your account to confirm the change), I hope you can understand this is important, although it may be inconvenient.
