Elephterion, now I know why you can't reproduce the issue. You need to ask EA to fly you to Australia, New Zealand, Philippine or the US (west coast) and try it from there. I bet you will get the issue right away.
For us (knivesz4454, TBI0999, Pheonix3102, etc.), changing the web server or joining WCS is nice to have as we can't even login to play the game in the first place.
