Have you tried asking customer support, explaining the problem of the no longer valid e-mail address?
It's unlikely the account has been hacked - but I suppose it's possible as you don't need a valid e-mail address for to access Origin. Have you tried logging into Origin direct? Do they offer account recovery options that you haven't tried?
