Firestorm 21 stuck in the back and cannot move forward.

EA needs to get onto this. many have relocated to get to their alliance but unused founding tiles stand between them and the bulk of the players in the south west sector. This is causing lack of growth and a perceived hinderance to the alliance growths. Please solve the issue forthwith. funds have been spent to play this but unless more players start ( and in FRONT of us), then grow to move, there is nothing we can do. MANY players are having this issue. Awaiting official EA response.
