Firestorm 21 stuck in the back and cannot move forward.

This is some bullshit and I would like answers. Fix this immediately. I sectored and cannot move forward. I probably have sector out then try to sector back. I don't know, that's just a guess. I'...

So where is the feedback from the "SUPPORT TEAM"?? This issue is now going on 9 days since it was reported and there is NOT A SINGLE reply..... Pretty sad how they don't respond. It's no wonder why lots of players have quit playing this game.
