@GOTROCKSwhat error message do you see when trying to upgrade?
I see your base is burning at present - do you hav enough power to upgrade? Both Tib and power are needed and the buildings need to be at full strength to be upgraded too.
It's a public holiday in parts of the world this weekend so don't expect any official response soon.
I want to join firestorm 23, but when choosing a starting point on the map all sectors are red. You cannot start in any sector.
I saw on day one early that there were less than 100 slots available in a sector.
The server is more popular that people thought it would be?

The world started with only 1000 slots and they have now all been filled. It was probably expected to fill quickly as that is what has happened on other similarly small worlds.
When worlds are full you can choose the world and can go through the start process until you try to select a sector to start. At that point all sectors are red, indicating that they are full and not available to choose.
