Four days (at least) and counting

I am steadily totally hacked off with the lack of information regarding updates and being unable to access the game. I take it that during this down time all my harvesters etc are still collecting etc but cannot be stored. When the game finally gets back up and running I trust there will be some form of good recompense and I don't mean a few days freebies.
