Fund Bug

So - new one for me; I have purchased funds.  The 'Play Now' screen - https://prnt.sc/O8NZ-W4HeyvC shows i have the funds BUT the in game does not show or register the funds despite refreshing, the game, chrome and finally my laptop (numerous times).  I have also logged in using a diff browser (MS Edge - yuk) and still does not register them in game.  I can confirm the money has been taken to buy the funds - i just cant access what i have expletive paid for.

    Do you have the same issues when you deactivate all scripts?

    Unfortunately funding issues are not able to be helped on the Answers HQ other than the general advice already given of deactivating scripts.

    If the issue has persisted then you need to contact ea.com/help and raise a query with them.
