Game Error

Hi, I was transferring 2.5T crystals from base 14 to base 5 on World 42. They disappeared from base 14, but weren't added to base 5. Who can help with the issue? Thanks.

As @gamerdruid already said, we are aware of this issue and will investigate. Can you tell us at which time this happened?
