Game unplayable in Firefox and Chrome with all scripts disabled - Vet World 4

I have disabled all scripts and am getting this error upon trying to exit out of the base screen. Game halts. silence.ogg:1 GET https://prodgame07.alliances.commandandconquer.com/381/resource/qx/s...

And now its every world. I've tried 2 different PCs. Really perplexed as to how others are playing just fine. I cleared my cache and everything.
