Games won't load - C&C Ultimate Collection

Origin has been replaced by the EA app which is why you can't download it.
As posted above by Nyerguds, EA answers maybe able to help. Try here: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Command-Conquer-Games/bd-p/cc-tiberium-alliances and look around.
It should be noted that the Ultimate collection also caused issues and had difficulty launching in Origin on Windows 10. The workarounds in the answers HQ may help, but they may not.
