It's pretty hard to take a screenshot as it only lasts for a second before going back to normal. It kind of flashes the weird pixelated mess and then normal and then as I move my mouse more pixelated mess and then back to normal.

Edit: Turning animations back on makes the screen flash without me even doing anything. So now it is a constant flashing.
Edit 2: I recorded it. Uploading it ruins the quality but when the animations are on you should be able to see a flicker every second or so. Watch the text to notice it. And with the animations off initially it looks fine, but then when I move my cursor to a certain area, the text gets all pixelated. Moving the cursor away brings it back to normal but there are certain spots which make the text pixelated again. This happens everywhere on the map but the side and top bars are fine.
